Sales Policy
Sales Policy on goats and dogs purchased form us.
We highly recommend you secure transportation for your purchase prior to purchasing a goat or dog from us because we do have a 30 day limit on boarding sold goats and dogs. This 30 days starts after goats are weaned or dogs are 6 weeks old.
We require a 50% deposit to hold any animal.
There will be a $5.00 a day boarding fee charged after the first 10 days.
Failure to comply with this policy will be grounds to terminate the sales agreement without refund of the deposit and the animal will be listed for sale again.
Should anything happen to an animal a deposit has been paid for, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at or near the original selling price.
Full payment will be required before any animal leaves the farm.
We "GUARANTEE" all animals to be sound, healthy and free of disease when they leave our farm, but are not responsible for them after they leave.
Sale price does not include shipping or health certificates.
